Empire Security Awareness — Terms of Service

1. Service. We provide security-awareness training (lessons, quizzes, completion
   certificates) and, where the customer has recorded written consent, phishing
   simulations. The service is a training tool. It is not a compliance
   certification and is not an audit.

2. Customer responsibilities. You must only run simulations against people and
   systems your organisation is authorised to test, using a sending domain you
   control and have warmed. You are responsible for recording consent before any
   simulation send and for honouring unsubscribe requests.

3. Credentials. Any SMTP, GoPhish, or API credentials you supply remain yours.
   We use them read-only for the scope you grant, store them encrypted, and never
   log or display them. You may revoke them at any time.

4. Billing. Fees are USD $2 per learner per month with a $19/month minimum, or an
   annual term at ten times the monthly rate. Billing is handled by Stripe.
   Access is granted only after Stripe confirms payment via its signed webhook.

5. Acceptable use. Do not use the service to harass, deceive for gain, or test
   third parties without authorisation.

6. No warranty beyond that required by law. The service is provided as is. We do
   not promise it will prevent every attack; it is one layer of a defence.

7. Changes. We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here.

This document mirrors the Elite AI Holdings standard service terms; the canonical
master terms govern in case of any conflict.
