What we collect
- Learner email, name, and department (provided by the customer) to deliver
  training and record progress.
- Training progress, quiz scores, and completion certificates.
- Simulation events (sent, open, click, report) tied to a learner's email, to
  produce coaching metrics for the customer.
- Standard request logs with a request id; secrets are redacted and never logged.

What we do not do
- We do not sell personal data.
- We do not use third-party trackers or external fonts on our pages.
- The free "check a message" tool does not store the text you paste.
- Simulation landing pages never capture passwords.

Legal basis and retention
- We process this data to provide the service the customer has asked for.
- Data is retained for the life of the account and deleted on request or when the
  account closes, subject to any legal retention we must observe.

Your rights
- Learners may ask the customer (their employer) to access, correct, or delete
  their data; the customer routes such requests to us. Reminder and simulation
  email can be stopped at any time via the unsubscribe link.

The free check runs locally to our service and makes no third-party calls.
